This is software that opens your customer in Teamleader (CRM solution) when you pick up your phone.
How it works
- Your customer calls you.
- You pick up your desktop phone.
- TLO detects that you have picked up your phone.
- TLO opens a window with Teamleader and opens the customer who has just called
- You can now perform actions for this customer, save it, and when you’re pick up your phone again the next customer will be opened.
This program has multiple advantages
- Teamleader becomes kind of a desktop program (not a browser window anymore that you have to find every time)
- Teamleader is still usable via the browser to perform other activities
- It communicates with a center TLO Server that then connects to a asterisk PBX. This has the advantage that many kinds a PBX are supported, as long as they are using asterisk or are build on asterisk.
Why a TLO Server
TLO Server was developed for a number a reasons:
- The Teamleader client_id and client_secret do not have to be shared with everyone in your company, only a central server.
- Only one connection to the PBX is require, so the password doesn’t have to be shared with everyone in your company, only a central server.
