Hoe werkt het
- Uw klant belt u.
- U neemt uw vaste telefoon telefoon op.
- TLO detecteert dat u de telefoon heeft opgenomen.
- TLO opent een scherm met Teamleader met de klant die belt.
- U kan nu acties uitvoeren onder de klant, zoals notities nemen. Wanneer een volgende klant u belt en u de telefoon opneemt, opent deze klant nu in dit venster.
Het programma heeft verschillende voordelen
- Teamleader wordt een soort van desktop programma (niet een browser venster dat u elke keer moet vinden).
- Teamleader is nog steeds beschikbaar in de browser om nog andere acties uit te voeren.
- De client software communiceert met een centrale TLO Server, die verbind met de asterisk PBX. Het voordeel hiervan is dat een hele hoop telefooncentrales ondersteunt zijn, zolang ze maar asterisk gebruiken of op asterisk gebouwd zijn.
Waarom een TLO Server
De TLO Server software is voor verschillende redenen ontwikkeld:
- De Teamleader client_id en client_secret moeten niet gedeeld worden met iedereen in het bedrijf, enkel op de centrale server.
- Er is maar 1 connectie met de PBX nodig, dus het wachtwoord moet niet met iedereen gedeeld worden, enkel met de centrale server.

How it works
- Your customer calls you.
- You pick up your desktop phone.
- TLO detects that you have picked up your phone.
- TLO opens a window with Teamleader and opens the customer who has just called
- You can now perform actions for this customer, save it, and when you’re pick up your phone again the next customer will be opened.
This program has multiple advantages
- Teamleader becomes kind of a desktop program (not a browser window anymore that you have to find every time)
- Teamleader is still usable via the browser to perform other activities
- It communicates with a center TLO Server that then connects to a asterisk PBX. This has the advantage that many kinds a PBX are supported, as long as they are using asterisk or are build on asterisk.
Why a TLO Server
TLO Server was developed for a number a reasons:
- The Teamleader client_id and client_secret do not have to be shared with everyone in your company, only a central server.
- Only one connection to the PBX is require, so the password doesn’t have to be shared with everyone in your company, only a central server.
